We start the celebration of the 66th Dies of Thor with a magnificent and spectacular pie reception!
However, the pie is a special type of pie: it's a vlaai. It’s the type of vlaai made best in the southern province of the Netherlands, Limburg. There is a good chance that you have had vlaai in the time you have been in the Netherlands.
There is, though, the best way to eat vlaai. What is the best way to eat vlaai though, you ask? Eating free vlaai! So go to the vlaai/pie reception on the first floor in Flux and eat to your heart’s content (or till stomach capacity).
