Graduate programme
The programme starts with of a one-month bootcamp, where you will be challenged to improve
your technical and professional skills. The bootcamp is designed to transfer all your theoretical
knowledge into practical skills. You will obtain valuable certifications and participate in expert
workshops within your specific expertise.
After the bootcamp you will start at one of our clients. During this 18-month period you will have access to a personal mentor, who will guide you in your development as a starting engineer. Next to that you will still obtain certificates and attend in-depth workshops, to further better your skill set and broaden your horizon.
