CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) is the world’s largest particle physics laboratory, located near Geneva, Switzerland. It operates the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), a massive underground particle accelerator. CERN explores the nature of the universe by probing the smallest components of matter.
The set-up of this lunch lecture is unique, since it is organised together with Thor and Simon Stevin, so you can discuss with friends from other associations as well.
