On Monday the 2nd of May,  the 262nd General Members Meeting of e.t.s.v. Thor will commence. I would like to invite you on behalf of the 65th Board. The GMM will take place in the colloquium on floor 6 (Flux 6.154), will start at 18:00  o’clock, and will be suspended no later than 22:45 o’clock because we will have to leave the building before 23:00 o’clock. In case not all the planned topics can be discussed on the first day, we planned a second date to discuss any remaining agenda points. This second day will be on Tuesday the 3rd of May and take place in Flux 0.150. It will start at 20:00 o’clock, and will be suspended no later than 22:45 o’clock.

 

We aim to address all topics on Monday. Tuesday is a backup date. 

The Board suggests the following agenda:

         a.      Update 65th Board

                        An update about the improvement points of the Board, discussed during the 261st GMM.

         a.      Language of the yearly report
                        During this agenda point, the GMM will be asked if the language for the yearly report may be changed to English instead of Dutch.

         b.      Revision of decree 212.1
                        A proposal from the Board to increase the contribution towards Board clothing.

               The ReisCo will explain their choices concerning the postponement of the study tour. 

               Approval of the preliminary budget of the LuCo to enable the payment of deposits.
