TU/e - MPS Research Cluster Infrastructure Student Job

The Mobile Perception Systems (MPS) lab is hiring a student assistant to configure servers and infrastructure
for our research compute cluster. We aim to set up a network of high-end GPU systems to run machine
learning experiments on.
The main task for the student is to configure the Slurm Workload Manager. This entails configuring user
accounts, drivers, networking, logging and hardening. Furthermore, a selection of testing scripts should be
defined to validate the deployment for various usage scenarios.
Additionally, the student should be able to document and explain to users how the system can be used to run
machine learning jobs.
The student will be supervised by an experienced cloud infrastructure architect.
