Muddy trails

Eyey readers,

This time the honour to write a blog is mine. At the time of writing this, we have already officially been the Board for a week and are getting used to react when people say “Bestuuuuuuuuur”. Have any of you noticed anything about the order in which we write the blogs?

When I decided that I wanted to become a Board member, I also had the intention to not decrease my limited time I already spent on sports and if possible even increase it. I noticed that this helps me with staying sane during these weird times. I have been busy with this to try and ride my bike more often, either the mountainbike or the road bike. Luckily, I have friends who also share this hobby of mine with whom I can ride a bike. Last ride we did, was a day after a week with quite a lot of rain and the trails in the forrest were quite muddy, which made it quite heavy to ride the bike sometimes. It was really fun though, even though we missed a signpost somewhere, due to which we did one part of the trail two times, silly us. Cleaning up the bike became a bit harder though, since mud was everywhere on the bike. If any of you ever wants to ride their bike and doesn’t feel like riding their bike alone, you can always ask me.

Stay safe and sane!
